GOTT WOLLE DASS DIR KEIN LEID WIDERFAHRE DU LIEBES ZÜRICH. Half-length bust right with flowing beard and oak and laurel branches in front of chest / Between coat of arms to the left and city seal to the right, an armored Waldmann stands with flag and helmeted Waldmann family crest. Upon the cloth of the flag is inscribed GRANDSON MURTEN • NANCY •. On the 400th anniversary of Hans Waldmann (1435-1489), Swiss military leader and mayor of Zurich. 70 pieces struck in silver. We assume this piece is silvered bronze from the weight but no bronze is evident on the surfaces.
