Nude rider on horse rearing to right, holding the reins with his left hand and raising his right in salute; below horse's belly, ΣΑ. Rev. ΤΑΡΑΣ Phalanthos riding dolphin to left, extending his right hand to left and holding a palm branch with his left; below dolphin, ΣΥΜ; in field to right, crested Corinthian helmet. Fischer-Bossert 806 (d = Vlasto 652 same dies). HN III 941. Bright, clear and attractive. Struck from slightly worn dies, otherwise, extremely fine.
