ARMENIA. Tiridates II (?), circa 217-252. Unit (Bronze, 24 mm, 4.23 g, 10 h). Diademed and bearded head of Tiridates to right, wearing short tiara with five points, all within wreath. Rev. 𐡌𐡋𐡁𐡀 𐡕𐡊𐡓𐡈 (= t r d t - m l k in Aramaic) in two lines with ΛIΛ in the line below; all within wreath. Kovacs 203. YTN 322. Extremely rare and interesting. Dark patina. Obverse somewhat doublestruck, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
