India Reserve Bank of India 1000 Rupees ND (1937) Pick 21b Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 4.8 PCGS Very Fine 30. A much sought after high denomination King George VI portrait note issued under British administration. High grade examples are rapidly disappearing from the market. This piece has retained its crispness and shows no wear, even along the horizontal and three vertical fold lines. PCGS notes the number 29 written on the face and ink stamps on both sides, which do not detract that much from the note's appearance.
