India Reserve Bank of India 1000 Rupees ND (1954-57) Pick 46a Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 6.9.1A PMG Extremely Fine 40. This attractive large format note, issued from Bombay, is printed in delicate shades of brown, green, and blue and features a vignette and watermark of the Asoka column. Given its size, this note has survived in surprisingly nice condition, with PMG making mention of several bank stamps on the back as well as small spindle or perhaps pinholes.
