Portuguese Guinea Banco Nacional Ultramarino 5 Mil Reis 1.3.1909 Pick 3sp Specimen Proof PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. An embossed example with a complete counterfoil is found on this note that has a portrait of the famed explorer Vasco da Gama. This is the nicest Pick 3sp to appear at auction in at least the last five years. It is perforated with "Cancelled" at the note's lower left corner, previously mounted, and with printer's annotations that are usually found on this class of note.
