Kingston, Jamaica- Canadian Bank of Commerce 5 Pounds 1.3.1921 Ch.# 75-24-04 Pick Jamaica S152a PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45. The finest graded example of only three examples currently in the PMG Population Report. At the time, British and Canadian banks were authorized to issue banknotes in denominations of 1 Pound and higher, while the Government of Jamaica issued the lower denominations. An amazing rarity, seldom seen in issued form. Outstanding lightly circulated condition is quickly noticed. The first we have offered in issued form and one of only a handful or so to exist.
