The bank was founded in 1891 and remained in business until 1916 when its charter was revoked by Carranza. An attempt to reorganize as a development bank was unsuccessful. This charming black, yellow, and orange note was printed by ABNCo. and features portraits of a young girl (Helen) and F.G. Salinas.
