Bogota, Colombia, 1 peso, 1861, PCGS AU detail / cleaned, ex-Eldorado. Restrepo-243; KM-138. Lustrous from cleaning, with light wear and marks all over, scarce one-year issue that is curiously, as Restrepo points out, one of only two issues (the other being the 1 decimo) to have ESTADOS UNIDOS DE LA NUEVA GRANADA in the legend, desirable pedigree. PCGS #84930285. Pedigreed to the Eldorado collection (Stack's Bowers auction of August 2018, lot #44230 with original lot tag and collector's flip).
