Honduras, 50 centavos, 1908/897, fineness 0.835/0.900, NGC MS 63. KM-51a. Choice grade, with typically crude lettering and weak high points but lustrous around details and lacking any actual wear, with very light golden toning. Despite the NGC label, this is actually the 1908/897 overdate variety, and therefore second finest behind a single MS 64 in the NGC census. NGC #4715682-015.
