Tlalpujahua, Mexico (National Congress), silver 1/2 real, Ferdinand VII, 1813, NGC VF details / reverse tooled. KM-209; CT-1405. Crude (flattish) centers but very bold full legends, deeply rainbow toned all over, punchmark and old scratch near top of reverse yet still "top pop" at NGC. NGC #4725131-003. Pedigreed to the Richard Long sale #88 of December 1999 (lot #347).
