Nevis, three halfpence, ca. 1801, NEVIS countermark on reverse of a French colonial copper crowned-C stampee (ca. 1763), rare. Vlack-410; Prid-5; KM-unl. 1.44 grams. Choice bold countermark (XF), the host nearly slick (Poor) but with crowned-C on other side still clear, slightly wrinkled near edge.
