St. Kitts, three halfpence, ca. 1801, incuse S.K. countermark on the reverse of a French Cayenne copper 2 sous, 1782-A, rare, ex-Lyall, ex-Rudman, ex-Roehrs. Vlack-unl (cf. 420); Prid-5; KM-2. 1.80 grams. Host well-detailed Fine (contemporary counterfeit), countermark bold VF (the K weak), all darkly toned, excellent pedigree. Pedigreed to the Bob Lyall and Isaac Rudman collections (with their tags), and to the Edward Roehrs collection (Dix Noonan Webb, November 2011, lot #462).
