DASSIER ET FILS at bottom on obverse, reverse with group of four women kneeling before the king below legend REGNORUM SUSCEPTO REGIMENE., with IX. JUL. MDCCX LVI. / I.D.F. in exergue. Problem-free AU with even chocolate-brown color all over. Pedigreed to the John Adams collection, and pedigreed to the Spink auction of March 1980 (lot #327).
