Lima, Peru, cob 8 escudos, 1716M, NGC AU 58. S-L28; KM-38.2; CT-28. 27.0 grams. Very broad flan with much legend, full and well-centered cross-lions-castles, choice full pillars-and-waves (slightly off-center) with dots for horizontal lines (and sprinkled throughout), small spots of dark staining over lustrous surfaces, tied with one other for finest known in NGC census. NGC #3834216-001.
