San Jose, Costa Rica, Banco de La Union, 10 pesos specimen, 18XX (1886-89), PMG Choice UNC 63. SCWPM-S224s1. Three POCs. Like the prior lot, this is an attractive note crafted by the talented designers and engravers of ABNCo. Choice, with PMG noting a pinhole which is rather tiny and located in the upper left corner. Beyond that, this note avoided the mounting that occurred with other specimens in the series and retains excellent ink colors and paper quality. PMG #8059360-002.
