San Jose, Costa Rica, Banco Central, 1000 colones, 15-6-1991, series C, serial C46081858, offset printing and over-inking errors. SCWPM-259a. Interesting set of dramatic errors on this note with clear offset printing resulting in Guell's portrait seemingly superimposed over the Banco Central building from the reverse. The reverse also displays over-inking where the letters and some design elements are excessively bold and fuzzy. VF, light stains on reverse. The only example we could find appearing on the market with these errors.
