Large silver candlestick holder marked with tax stamp and owner's monogram, ex-Atocha (1622). 631 grams, 7-1/2" tall. Solid and only slightly pitted from time underwater, a multi-ringed, cast candlestick holder with a threaded bottom for insertion into a base, important as bearing a trace of a circular tax stamp on top portion and bold but indecipherable monogram (double-struck, looks like P and/or R) on area near threaded bottom.
