Chinese blue-on-white porcelain bowl, floral motif, Ming or Qing Dynasty (1620-1670), from an unidentified mid-1600s wreck. 365 grams, 5-5/8" x 3-3/8". Soup-bowl sized porcelain with crackled glazing and hand-painted blue embellishments. Purchased by the consignor directly from the salvager, Sten Sjostrand. Two small chips on lip and several as-made cracks in bottom and around outside. From an unidentified mid-1600s wreck, with certificate (booklet) and printed information, sticker #TR 398.
