Pair of early Spanish colonial iron military horseman's spurs (espuelas), 1700s. 429 grams total, 7" x 3-1/4" each. A rare example of spurs used by mounted soldiers, of hand-forged metal with large, hand-cut rowel. Very good working condition with age-toned surface. Found in New Mexico. With photo-certificate.
