Watch List notes:

Lot of three Costa Rica 50 centimos with 1923 counterstamps (Type VIII) on Costa Rica 25 centavos: 1892-Heaton (2); 1893-Heaton. KM-159. 18.56 grams total. All around XF and somewhat toned, countermarks a bit weak, some with light surface hairlines. Two (one of each host date) show the counterstamp applied on the wrong side, with denomination on the host's shield.
