Pinch of gold (nuggets), 1.5 grams, ex-S.S. Central America, in Collectors Universe slab. Unlike most "pinches" thusly marketed, this lot appears to be all small nuggets (hundreds of them), with some dusty residue now coating the inside of the capsule, popular as an "affordable" piece of original gold from this well-known shipwreck. From the S.S. Central America (1857), with Collectors Universe certificate #4100.
