Sweden (Avesta mint), copper 2 daler "plate money," Fredrik I, 1744. KM-PM74. 1250 grams, 7-1/2" x 6-1/2". Intact shape except for one corner, four of the five stamps complete (or nearly so), showing denomination and date and king's monogram, mostly brown with spots of black near corroded parts. Recovered from: Nicobar, sunk in 1783 off South Africa
