USA, $1 silver certificate, series 1935E, serial P99539939H, salvaged from the Andrea Doria (1956), in large PCGS Currency capsule and promotional case, grade "B." 12-1/2" x 8-1/4" x 2" (whole box). Grade B (defined by PCGS as being between 75 to 90 percent intact), light staining, degradation along left side, circulated paper quality, good original ink colors. The note is encased in a lucite holder contained in a display box and comes with a salvager's certificate as well as a DVD copy of the documentary "S.S. Andrea Doria: A Journey of Adventure."
