Kings of Macedon, AR drachm, Alexander III ("the Great"), 336-323 BC, Kolophon mint, mounted in silver bezel with silver prongs and shackle bail. 7.56 grams total. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left, holding eagle in right hand, sceptre in left; fish before throne, spear head right. Very slightly porous XF with light toning, aligned axis.
