Byzantine Empire, AV solidus, Justinian I, 527-565 AD, NGC MS, strike 4/5, surface 5/5. DOC-8d; MIBE-61. 4.49 grams. Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing, holding globus cruciger in right hand and shield with horseman motif in left / Angel standing facing, holding long cross in right hand and globus cruciger in left, star in right field. Somewhat soft features but well centered and bright. NGC #2086514-003.
