GHORID RELATED: Baha Din Allah Shah Muhammad, ca. 1135-1140, AV dinar (4.25g), NM, ND, A--, with titles al-sultan al-mu'azzam and shahanshah nizam (or something similar), citing the caliph al-Rashid, tentative attribution, VF, RRR, ex M.H. Mirza Collection. Although al-Rashid was deposed as caliph in AH530, then murdered in 532, some eastern coins continue to recognize him well into the 530s. The title "shah " suggests in the region of eastern Khorasan. We have found no reference to this ruler.
