CYRRHESTICA, Hierapolis. Severus Alexander. AD 222-235. Æ (31mm, 15.50 g, 5h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Kybele-Atargatis seated facing on lion walking left, holding scepter. Butcher 60a; Hunter III 31 var. (obv. bust type). Near VF, rough dark brown patina with touches of red, some light earthen highlights/deposits. Rare.
