PHOENICIA, Aradus. Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Tetradrachm (25.5mm, 14.29 g, 11h). Struck AD 215-217. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Eagle standing facing, head and tail right, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; between legs, bull's head right. Prieur 1239 (this coin). EF, lightly toned with underlying luster, a few flan fissures. Extremely rare, only one known to Prieur, and none in CoinArchives.
