PHOENICIA, Aradus. Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Tetradrachm (25.5mm, 13.42 g, 7h). Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Eagle standing facing, head and tail right, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; between legs, bull's head right. Prieur 1243 (this coin). VF, toned with underlying luster, some light porosity. Very rare, seven known to Prieur, and one in CoinArchives.
