PHOENICIA, Aradus. Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Tetradrachm (23.5mm, 14.51 g, 12h). Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Eagle standing facing, head left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; crescent between legs, K (reversed and upside down) to right of eagle's head. Prieur 1283 (this coin). Good VF, toned with touches of find patina. Extremely rare, only one known to Prieur, and none in CoinArchives.
