PHOENICIA, Byblus. Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 13.66 g, 12h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; altar between legs. Prieur 1321 (this coin). VF, toned, minor deposits and verdigris. Extremely rare, only two known to Prieur, and one in CoinArchives.
