Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ Sestertius (29mm, 21.93 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck AD 212-213. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Securitas seated right on throne, resting elbow on back of chair, propping head on hand, and holding scepter; altar to right. RIC IV 512a; Banti 116 var. (break in obv. legend). Near VF, green and brown patina, some red, some roughness and scratches.
