(annulet) Є DWΛRD DЄI GRΛ RЄX ΛnGL' DnS hУB' (retrograde Z) AQ T', Edward standing facing in ship with bowsprit, holding sword and shield; ornaments –11–11, ropes 3/2, quatrefoils 4/4, lis 1-2-1; double saltire stops / + IҺ'C ΛVTЄm TRAnSIЄnS PЄR mЄDIVm ILLORVm IBAT, voided short cross potent over cross fleurée; in each angle, crown over lion passant over trefoil; at center, Є within angled quadrilobe; all within polylobe, with trefoils in spandrels. Lawrence 2; Schneider –; North 1232; SCBC 1503. EF. Well struck on a full flan. Lovely fresh surfaces. Rare thus.
