CRETE, Kydonia. Circa 320-270 BC. AR Stater (22mm, 11.66 g, 6h). Wreathed head of Artemis Diktynna left / Kydon standing left, stringing bow, in pellet border within shallow circular incuse. Svoronos, Numismatique 24; Le Rider, Crétoises, pl. X, 1–6; SNG Copenhagen –; SNG Fizwilliam 3929; BMC 4. VF, toned, traces of find patina, area of flat strike. Good metal for issue.
