PTOLEMAIC KINGS of EGYPT. Ptolemy I Soter. 305/4-282 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 14.12 g, 12h). Alexandreia mint. Struck circa 294-285 BC. Diademed head right, wearing aegis around neck, tiny Δ behind ear / Eagle standing left on thunderbolt; to left, P above monogram. CPE 168; Svoronos 255; SNG Copenhagen 70–1. Good VF, lightly toned, some roughness on reverse.
