SEVERVS PIVS AVG, laureate head right / VICTORIAE, AVGG in exergue, Victory, winged, draped, holding whip in right hand and reins in left, driving galloping biga right. RIC IV 299; Calicó 2559; BMCRE 369; Biaggi 1109; Jameson –; Mazzini –. Superb EF, lustrous, edge marks, obverse die break. Well struck on a broad flan, and of fine style.
