LOW COUNTRIES, Brabant (hertogdom). Johanna van Brabant. 1355-1405. AV Pieter d'or (28mm, 4.01 g, 4h). Leuven (Louvain) mint. Struck 1355-1383. Half-length bust of St. Peter facing, holding Gospels and keys; all with tressure of nine arches; each arch ending in lis; trefoils in spandrels / Voided ornate cross fleurée, with central rosette, and each crossbar ending with quadrilobe surmounted by lis-tipped staff flanked by tendrils.
