PhS DЄI GRΛ DVX BVRG COMЄS (retrograde Z) DnS FLΛND, Filips standing facing in ship, holding sword and shield; double saltire stops / + IhC ΛVTЄm TRΛnSIЄnS PЄR mЄDIV ILLORVm IBΛT, ornate cross fleurée and lisée; P within central angled quadrilobe, each angle ending in trefoil; in quarters, crown above lion passant; all within tressure of eight arcs; trefoils in spandrels; double saltire stops. Vanhoudt G 2632; Delmonte 474; De Mey, Flanders, 260; De Mey, Or 821; Friedberg 169. Good VF, golden tone, a little soft on Duke's face. Rare.
