Alexandria, struck in the name of Alexander III the Great, ca. 310-305 BC. Diademed head of Alexander right, wearing elephant's skin headdress; small Δ to right of elephant's ear / AΛEΞΑΝΔPOY, Athena advancing right, brandishing spear in right hand and holding shield on left arm; ΠΑ monogram to inner left, ΔΟΦ monogram to inner right, AT monogram to outer right, eagle right on thunderbolt to lower right.
