An interesting and unique specimen. This obverse legend was used only at the Lugdunum and Mediolanum mints, however, this reverse legend was only struck at Rome and Viminacium mints. This type is seen with a different obverse legend for Rome (RIC 140) and Viminacium (RIC 208).
