Crispus (AD 316-326). AE3 or BI nummus (20mm, 2.15 gm, 7h). VF. Trier, 2nd officina, AD 322/3. IVL CRISPVS NOB CAES, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Crispus left holding spear over right shoulder, shield on left arm decorated with scene: Crispus on the right, facing left, holding grounded shield, accepting globe from his father Constantine at left, altar between / BEATA TRAN-QVILLITAS, three stars above Globe atop altar inscribed VO / TIS / XX in three lines, •STR• in exergue.
