D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I right, seen from front / CONCORDI-A AVGG H, Constantinopolis seated facing, helmeted head right, right foot on prow, scepter in right hand, shield in left inscribed VOT / X / MVLT / XV; CONOB in exergue. RIC IX 71b var (reverse legend blundered, should be AVGGG, not noted for officina H, but described in footnote on p. 231 for another specimen in Paris from same officina with blunder).
