CRUSADER IMITATIONS OF ARABIC COINS. KINGDOM OF JERUSALEM. Latin Clipped Dinars (qurrâda), Mint: Probably Jerusalem. A lot of ten small gold clippings said to originate from the "Tyrus Hoard". Six or seven of these are fragments of crusader imitative and crusader Latin coins, three are clippings from Arabic dinars, including at least one from an Almoravid dinar, another from an Eastern Samanid to Saljuq dinar, apparently with remnants of a date (3/4)6X H. weights 0.23, 0.22, 0.21, 0.20, 0.18, 0.17, 0.14, 0.13, 0.12, 0.09 and 0.03 g.
