THRACE, Deultum. Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ (23.5mm, 6.81 g, 9h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / River-god Istrus seated left, head right, holding cornucopia and resting on urn. Draganov 1255-7 (O113/R638); Varbanov 2772 (same dies as illustration). VF, green patina, minor spots of roughness. Rare.
