Charioteer, holding goad in his right hand and reins in his left, driving galloping quadriga to left; above, Nike flying right to crown the charioteer, ['RSMLQRT'] in Punic script below / Head of Tanit to right, wearing wreath of grain leaves, triple-pendant earring and pearl necklace; around, three dolphins.
