GAUL, Massalia. Circa 200-150 BC. Æ (17mm, 4.17 g, 5h). Laureate head (of Apollo?) left / Bull butting right; MA above. F&P MBM-34; Depeyrot, Marseille –; SNG Copenhagen –. CCI 07.1172 (this coin). VF, dark green patina, some pitting. Very rare Massalian coin found in England (one of only 11 examples).
