Laureate head right / Eagle standing facing, head left and tail right, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; between legs, symbol of Marnas. Prieur 1690 (rev. legend and tail position, same obv. die as illustration); Sofaer –. Fine, toned, minor porosity, flan crack. Extremely rare, Prieur did not own this example when he published his book, and this variety not in CoinArchives.
