Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Roma seated facing and Constantinopolis seated slightly left on double throne, each holding scepter and supporting shield between them inscribed VOT/ XX/ MVLT/ XXX in four lines; SMANI. RIC VIII 83; Depeyrot 6/3. Superb EF, lustrous, graffito "Θ" on obverse, and a few light marks.
