Republic Hsu Shih-chang "Pavilion" Dollar Year 10 (1921) AU Details (Rim Damage, Cleaned) NGC, L&M-956, Kann-676B. Reeded edge, without added characters below the Pavilion. A very rare and attractive early republican commemorative dollar despite the noted cleaning, hairlines on the whole remaining relatively light and clear original watery surfaces visible beneath those that do exist, some additional retoning occurring closer to the edges. We note that the "rim damage" is not easily visible in the NGC holder.
